Student booking

Please read and follow the steps below to book a place in Wellmount Student Village.
Phone enquiries between hours 8am - 12 noon, Mon-Fri

Rent
Each indiviual's rent is 77.50 euro per week plus electricity and a security deposit of 700 euro that consists of the following:
450 euro is pre-payment of electricity
50 euro is pre-payment of refuse
200 euro of a refundable security deposit

Booking Query
Complete and submit the following accommodation booking form

• You must print off the lease and have it signed prior to you registration in Wellmount.
• You must also bring with you two passport size photographs with your name on the back of them
• If you are bringing a car with you, please supply the make model and registration number of the car.
