Wellmount Student Village lies almost equidistant between the centre of town and the main campus of Athlone Institute of Technology and is therefore accessible for both the main College and Northgate Street students.

The apartments lie on landscaped grounds of 2.4 acres and have their own private basketball court, tennis court and generous parking allowances.

The accommodation is an energetic mix of apartments, townhouses and duplexes. This mix has been purpose designed to maximise space and to create an environment that is enjoyable to live in.

There are 40 apartments in total, which are spread over 10 two-storey buildings. The apartments range in size from 3 to 4 bedroom apartments with an exceptionally high quality beech wood finish throughout the kitchens, wardrobes, computer and study desks, dressing tables and bedroom furniture. Kitchens are fitted out with quality appliances - cooker, fridge, dishwater and microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery, kettle, toaster and utensils and, like the bathrooms, are decorated with ceramic tiles.

There is a 9ft. high ceiling in all the apartments which makes the apartments very bright and airy. Each bedroom has a flexible layout to suit all accommodation requirements and each bed space has a broadband internet connection. Each apartment comes with an electronic keycard, which, in turn, access individual bedrooms, which makes sure of the safety of your belongings. Each room is furnished wih a bed, under-bed storage, bedside lamp, shelving, wardrobes, desk with a sliding keyboard shelf and a cable television hook-up. There are also individual car-parking spaces for each apartment as well as bicycle stands for each apartment.

Each indiviual's rent is 70 euro per week plus electricity and a security deposit of 320 euro.
